I-9 Employment Verification for Remote Employees

Many companies hire employees who work remotely or live outside the area where the employer’s office is located. Federal law requires these employees to complete an in-person identity and employment eligibility verification using Form I-9.

As an Authorized Representative for Form I-9, I provide local verification services for employers whose remote employees are located in the Lubbock area.

During the appointment, I meet with the employee in person, review their identity documents, and complete Section 2 of the I-9 on behalf of the employer. The completed form is then returned to the employer’s HR or onboarding team.

Appointments typically take 10–15 minutes and can be scheduled at a home, office, or convenient public meeting location.
